I'm Erick David — founder of Story Conduit, a Des Moines video production company. My path here wasn't a straight line: over 15+ years spanning audio engineering, video production, podcasts, voiceover, and radio broadcasting. That range isn't a distraction from filmmaking — it's exactly what makes me good at it. Understanding how sound moves an audience, how a story is built in the edit, and how to keep a live broadcast running smoothly all feed the same instinct: knowing what a moment actually needs.

I believe you have to be a great storyteller before you're a great technician.
